Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown sausage and drain.
- In bottom of greased casserole dish, unroll 1 can of rolls.
- Place sausage on rolls.
- Pour beaten eggs on sausage.
- Take remaining can of rolls and roll out on top of mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Follow directions for baking rolls on can of rolls.
- Cut into bars after cooking.
