Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 8 oz. cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
Method
- Brown the sausage in a large skillet.
- Drain off fat.
- Put cheese in bottom of pie shells, then sausage.
- Mix milk and eggs together in a bowl.
- Pour mixture over sausage.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Makes 2 pies.
