Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 small box lemon Jell-O
- 1 large can Milnot
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- vanilla wafers
Method
- Combine sugar and eggs; mix well.
- Add pineapple juice.
- Let come to a boil.
- Then while hot, add lemon Jell-O; let cool.
- Whip large can Milnot.
- Then add crushed pineapple.
- Fold into mixture. Pour into 2 pie pans lined with vanilla wafers.
