Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. combination hot and mild bulk sausage
- 1 c. finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
Method
- Combine sausage, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms a ball.
- Pinch off pieces and roll into bite-size balls.
- Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet and bake in 350°
- oven for 20 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
- Stick colored toothpicks in them and serve warm.
