Ingredients

  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. 2% milk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring

Method

  • In a small bowl, mix flour and baking powder together.
  • In a large bowl, mix other ingredients, except poppy seed.
  • Put flour mix and then poppy seed in last.
  • Mix 2 minutes.
  • Pour into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  • Cool on rack.
