Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 12 oz. macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (no water added)
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Method

  • Cook macaroni as directed.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Brown sausage, onion and pepper in large skillet; drain grease.
  • Add soups, milk and macaroni.
  • Mix together thoroughly.
  • Pour into greased casserole dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Before removing from oven, add slices of cheese to top to melt.
