Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 12 oz. macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup (no water added)
- 1 can evaporated milk
Method
- Cook macaroni as directed.
- Drain and set aside.
- Brown sausage, onion and pepper in large skillet; drain grease.
- Add soups, milk and macaroni.
- Mix together thoroughly.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Before removing from oven, add slices of cheese to top to melt.
