Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild bulk sausage
- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. water
- 1 can water chestnuts
Method
- Brown sausage, onion and celery.
- Drain well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 325° in a covered container for 1 1/2 hours.
