Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. broken noodles
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. Carnation milk
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Cook noodles in 4 cups water until tender. Brown sausage and onion; drain off excess fat. Combine soup, milk, 1/3 cup water and cheese. Blend well with noodles and meat.
  • Turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
