Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. broken noodles
- 4 c. water
- 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. Carnation milk
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook noodles in 4 cups water until tender. Brown sausage and onion; drain off excess fat. Combine soup, milk, 1/3 cup water and cheese. Blend well with noodles and meat.
- Turn into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
