Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
Method
- Saute sausage and drain.
- Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
- Layer
- bread cubes, then sausage, then cheese in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture on top.
- Refrigerate overnight. Bake
- at
- 350° for
- 45
- minutes.
- Serves
- to 8 people.
- Great for holiday breakfast.
