Ingredients
- 2 lb. kraut
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
Method
- Rinse and drain kraut.
- Add all ingredients. Mix and let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
- Improves with age.
