Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. diced pimento
Method
- Drain sauerkraut; chop.
- Place into mixing bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Keeps indefinitely.
