Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 8 oz. pimento, chopped
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. diced celery
- 1 large onion, diced or chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix ingredients together in a bowl large enough to hold well. Let set in refrigerator overnight, covered tightly.
