Ingredients
- about 2 slabs spareribs
- 2 large cans sauerkraut, drained
- 6 large potatoes
- about 2 large onions
- parsley, basil, dill, salt and pepper
Method
- In a large roaster or baking dish, put spareribs.
- Take sauerkraut, put on top of spareribs.
- Cut up potatoes and put in roaster.
- Add onions.
- Add parsley, basil, dill, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
