Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops (trim fat)
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 5 drops Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. green peppers, chopped
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Method
- Season chops.
- Flour and brown in skillet.
- Place chops in dish to serve and place rest of ingredients over chops and lay pineapple on top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
