Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can of milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz or 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped ham (optional)
Method
- Saute onions and celery in butter.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Bake 1 hour at 275°.
