Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin tip steaks, cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomato
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons beef base
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic (fresh or refrigerated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cups egg noodles (cooked)

Method

  • Put all ingredients (except egg noodles) in crock pot for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
