- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin tip steaks, cut in cubes
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 cup sun-dried tomato
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons beef base
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic (fresh or refrigerated)
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 cups egg noodles (cooked)
Method
- Put all ingredients (except egg noodles) in crock pot for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
