Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- In saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter or margarine.
- Add cocoa and oil.
- Stir well.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in sugar.
- Blend in eggs, one at a time.
- Add vanilla, flour and nuts; mix well.
- Spread in greased and floured 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 16.
- I used canned icing on these.
