Ingredients
- 2 frozen BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Patties
- 2 tsp. country Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices Italian bread, toasted
- 4 tomato slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
Method
- Microwave patties as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, mix mustard and horseradish sauce until well blended.
- Place lettuce on 2 of the toast slices; top evenly with tomatoes, patties and mustard mixture.
- Cover with the remaining toast slices.
