Ingredients

  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk (you can sub heavy cream, but buttermilk is best)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (no subs for this)
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh only)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped fine)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (chopped fine)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives (chopped fine)
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Mix -- Just stir everything together.
  • Nothing more, refrigerate until ready to use.
  • This is wonderful, chilled over grilled asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, roasted tomatoes, grilled seafood, green beans, mix a little with peas.
