Ingredients
- 4 tsp butter
- 3 sm potatoes diced
- 1 cup celery sliced
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 lb sliced cabbage
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 16 oz can baked beans
Method
- Saute onion, potatoes and celery about 5 min, add cabbage , saute until softened add stock, simmer 20 minutes, add beans and simmer 10 min.more
