Ingredients
- 2 c. butter (not oleo)
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 4 c. sifted enriched flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla and water.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add pecans and make into rolls 1 1/2-inches long and about 1/2-inch in diameter.
- Bake at 300° for 20 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar when slightly cooled.
