Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. cereal flakes, crushed
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. salted peanuts
Method
- Cream sugars and shortening; add sifted flour with baking soda.
- Add vanilla, eggs, cereals and salted peanuts.
- Make into balls the size of a walnut.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.
