Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slice deli ham
  • 4 slice Munster cheese
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (preferably Frank's Hot Sauce)

Method

  • In a small saucepan, combine the butter and hot sauce over medium heat, stirring until butter melts.
  • Dredge the ham in the sauce and set aside.
  • Dredge the chicken thoroughly in the sauce, place on a hot grill, and grill until almost cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Place 3 slices of ham over each chicken breast, then close the grill lid and let cook for 2 minutes.
  • Lift the lid, place 2 slices of the Munster cheese on each breast on top of the ham, close the lid, and let the cheese melt thoroughly.
