Ingredients
- 7 to 8 c. peeled tomatoes
- 2 c. green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic, diced
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. cumin
Method
- Mix ingredients in large stock pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Process in water bath canner for 15 to 20 minutes.
