Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese light or regular, softened
  • 2 large avocados ripe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups lettuce finely shredded
  • 1 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 1 x olives canned, sliced and drained
  • 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced with tops
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 x tortilla chips

Method

  • Combine cream cheese, avacados and salt in blender or food processor.
  • Blend or process until smooth, scraping down sides once.
  • Spread onto 12 inch round platter forming a 10 inch circle with a rim.
  • Spoon salsa evenly over avacado mixture; top with lettuce, tomato, olives, onions and cheese.
  • Serve with chips.
