Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese light or regular, softened
- 2 large avocados ripe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups lettuce finely shredded
- 1 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
- 1 x olives canned, sliced and drained
- 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced with tops
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 x tortilla chips
Method
- Combine cream cheese, avacados and salt in blender or food processor.
- Blend or process until smooth, scraping down sides once.
- Spread onto 12 inch round platter forming a 10 inch circle with a rim.
- Spoon salsa evenly over avacado mixture; top with lettuce, tomato, olives, onions and cheese.
- Serve with chips.
