Ingredients

  • 29 ounces Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 29 ounces tomato sauce
  • 29 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 7 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 14 cup white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro

Method

  • 1.
  • Add all ingredients to a large pot and cover.
  • 2.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • 3.
  • Partially remove cover and simmer until desired thickness is achieved.
  • 4.
  • Cool and enjoy.
