- 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large green pepper, sliced into thin bite-size pieces
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. medium salsa (or hot)
- 1/2 c. nonfat Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Method
- Combine all beans, onions and pepper in large bowl.
- Combine salsa, dressing, sugar and salt and pour over bean mixture.
- Chill 24 hours, stirring often.
