Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, well drained
- 1 c. fine chopped onion
- 1 large minced garlic clove
- 4 oz. can drained, chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. each: oil and vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
Method
- Combine and mix all ingredients well.
- Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
- Keeps well refrigerated.
- Makes 3 cups.
