Ingredients

  • Fresh salmon ( never use frozen meat) 1/4 lb. per person.
  • Fresh dill
  • creamed horseradish ( most stores have it in the cooler department) 1 Tb. per lb.
  • Mayo 1/4 cup per lb.
  • Lemon juice 1/4tp. per lb.
  • White pepper 1/8 tp. per lb.

Method

  • Mix creamed horsersdish, freah dill Chopped, mayo. lemon juice and white pepper.
  • Place Salmon on foil cover with mixture.
  • Place on hot grill , grill for 10 to 15 mins. until done.
  • serve with veg. and white wine.
