Ingredients
- Fresh salmon ( never use frozen meat) 1/4 lb. per person.
- Fresh dill
- creamed horseradish ( most stores have it in the cooler department) 1 Tb. per lb.
- Mayo 1/4 cup per lb.
- Lemon juice 1/4tp. per lb.
- White pepper 1/8 tp. per lb.
Method
- Mix creamed horsersdish, freah dill Chopped, mayo. lemon juice and white pepper.
- Place Salmon on foil cover with mixture.
- Place on hot grill , grill for 10 to 15 mins. until done.
- serve with veg. and white wine.
