Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour or cornmeal
Method
- Flake salmon; reserve juice.
- Mix egg with salmon.
- Then stir in flour or cornmeal.
- Add baking powder to 1/4 cup of salmon juice.
- Stir into salmon mixture.
- Spoon drops into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown.
