Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, minced
Method
- Break up salmon into small pieces with a fork.
- Add egg, milk, crumbs and onion.
- Form into patties.
- Roll in flour and fry in oil or butter.
