Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put onion, lemon juice and eggs in blender.
- Zap it.
- Mix liquid with salmon and bread crumbs.
- Put in medium sized glass baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve. Easy and tasty!
