Ingredients
- 8 oz. red or pink salmon
- 1/2 c. low-fat cream or Ricotta cheese
- few drops of lemon juice
- pinch of mace or ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- 4 small pickles
Method
- Take out bones.
- Make a paste.
- Beat cheese until smooth.
- Add salmon, lemon juice, seasoning and fromage; mix well.
- Divide equally between 4 custard cups.
- Smooth the surfaces.
- Slice and decorate with pickles.
