Ingredients
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy muffin mix
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Drain
- whole
- kernel corn.
- Melt margarine.
- Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in mixing bowl.
- Pour in 2 quart casserole
- dish.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 10 more minutes.
