Ingredients

  • Salmon filets 4(6 to 8 0z each)
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Tablespoons drained capers
  • 2 to 4 Tablespoons minced garlic more or less to taste.

Method

  • Heat frying pan to medium high heat with Olive oil. Put capers and garlic on top of Salmon filets. Place Salmon in oil and cook for 5 minutes keeping capers and garlic on top otherwise they will cook too quickly and burn. After 5 minutes turn Salmon and spread out garlic and capers to cook longside Salmon.
