Ingredients
- 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. milk
- 1/2 c. raisins
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; put in a casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart).
- Bake in a slow oven (300°), stirring occasionally until milk is absorbed (approximately 1 1/4 hours).
