Ingredients
- 2 (No. 1) cans salmon
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- chopped parsley
- 4 tsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix together all except pecans and parsley. Shape into ball. Roll in pecans and parsley. Serve with onion crackers. Freezes well.
