Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, split in half, boned and skinned
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 slices dried beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 pt. sour cream
  • butter or margarine

Method

  • Take a piece of bacon, place a chicken breast on top, then a slice of dried beef, roll and stick with a toothpick.
  • Grease a loaf pan.
  • Place chicken breasts in pan.
  • Mix soup with sour cream.
  • Pour over chicken breasts and dot with butter or margarine.
  • Bake at 275° for 1 hour and 45 minutes, uncovered.
