Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, split in half, boned and skinned
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 slices dried beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 pt. sour cream
- butter or margarine
Method
- Take a piece of bacon, place a chicken breast on top, then a slice of dried beef, roll and stick with a toothpick.
- Grease a loaf pan.
- Place chicken breasts in pan.
- Mix soup with sour cream.
- Pour over chicken breasts and dot with butter or margarine.
- Bake at 275° for 1 hour and 45 minutes, uncovered.
