Ingredients

  • 50 grams Spiral Pasta
  • 70 grams Wiener sausage
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Consomme stock granules
  • 400 ml Water
  • 40 grams Cheese that melts
  • 1 Parsley (dried)
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Method

  • Thinly slice the onion along the grain.
  • Cut the wieners into 1 cm pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a pot.
  • Add Step 2 and season with salt.
  • Cook until the onions are tender.
  • Add the water and consomme to Step 3.
  • When it comes to a boil, add the pasta noodles and crack in an egg.
  • Simmer on medium heat for 90 seconds.
  • Arrange on a dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese around the egg and top with parsley.
