Ingredients
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 c. white flour
- 6 c. rye flour
Method
- Mix yeast in warm water in large bowl.
- Add milk, oil, salt and sugar.
- Add white and rye flour.
- Put on floured board and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Put in greased bowl and let rise. Punch down once and let rise again.
- Divide for four loaves and knead.
- Put in greased bread pans.
- Put oil on top of each loaf. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
