Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, crushed
- 2 cans tomatoes, crushed
- 1 small box elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- cheese crackers, crushed
- salt, pepper, garlic salt, sugar, oregano to taste
Method
- Brown ground chuck and onion; drain.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cook on medium 20 to 30 minutes.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Add crushed crackers on top.
- Bake until crackers are brown on 375° about 15 minutes.
