Ingredients
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 8 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 8 oz. bottle Red Russian salad dressing
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts, skin removed, halved
Method
- Skin chicken if necessary. Place bone side up in baking dish. Mix ingredients.
- Pour over chicken. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Turn chicken over.
- Baste with pan drippings.
- Bake 1/2 hour longer.
