Ingredients
- 1 piece Rump Roast from cow
Method
- Take out 1/2 - 1 hour b4 cooking
- Rub w/dry seasonings - I just used garlic powder, salt and pepper
- Brown on all sides on stove top
- Leave in pan w/smallest end down for max air exposure (if not using roasting pan.)
- Roast 1/2 hr per pound in 250 degree oven turning every half hour.
