Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, halved
- 1/3 lb. chicken livers, halved
- 8 bacon slices, halved
Method
- Cook chicken livers in butter and soy sauce.
- Wrap chestnut half and piece of chicken liver with 1/2 slice of bacon.
- Secure with food pick.
- Marinate 1 hour in soy sauce.
- Broil until bacon is crisp (about 15 minutes).
- Turn once.
