Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 canned pimento, drained
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 dash saffron
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Method
- Crush garlic and add to a blender or food processor with 1 well-drained canned pimento, egg yolks and a pinch of saffron.
- Puree until smooth.
- Then, drop by drop at first, add the olive oil with the machine running, adding the oil more quickly as the sauce thickens.
- Spoon into a bowl to serve.
