- 1lb Bacon
- 1/2lb Butter
Method
- Unwrap bacon. Melt butter in a large pan at medium-high heat. Lay Bacon across the pan, cook until slightly browned, then turn over. Flip a second time - and be sure the heat is not so high as to burn the butter. The bacon is ready when slightly browed on both sides. Place on a a paper towel on a plate to allow extraneous grease to drip off.
- Serve immediately or place in Ziploc bag and reheat later.
