Ingredients
- 1 small chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Method
- Saute onion and bell pepper in a little butter until tender. Mix together with all other ingredients and pour into ungreased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
