Ingredients
- 1 pkg. rosamarina, cooked, drained and rinsed
- 2 cans crushed pineapple (reserve the juice)
- 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges (reserve the juice)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Method
- Combine sugar, reserved juice, eggs and flour. Cook until a custard-like sauce. Fold into the rosamarina and let set overnight.
- Next day fold in fruit and Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Marshmallows and maraschino cherries are optional.
