Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. rosamarina, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple (reserve the juice)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges (reserve the juice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Method

  • Combine sugar, reserved juice, eggs and flour. Cook until a custard-like sauce. Fold into the rosamarina and let set overnight.
  • Next day fold in fruit and Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Marshmallows and maraschino cherries are optional.
