Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Brown and drain beef.
- Add tomato sauce, tomatoes (chopped or blended) and sugar to meat.
- Simmer for 10 or 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese, sour cream and onion soup mix.
- Fold into noodles.
- Layer noodles and meat mixture in a large casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top (grated Parmesan cheese can always be used).
- Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
