- 1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding/pie filling
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chocolate-covered graham cracker cookie pieces
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 3/4 c. nondairy whipped topping
- chocolate-covered graham crackers, chocolate morsels, nuts for garnish (optional)
Method
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, using milk.
- Pour into bowl.
- Stir in cookie pieces, marshmallows, chocolate morsels and nuts.
- In each of 6 parfait glasses, layer a heaping 1/4 cup pudding with 1 tablespoon whipped topping; repeat layers.
- Top with chocolate-covered graham crackers, chocolate morsels and nuts.
- Makes 6 servings.
